I Do
I
am enthusiastic when coaching people on building the life
they long to live! I thrive on watching my client’s
blossom into their happiest self; develop more internal and
external resources to achieve greater fulfillment in their
lives.
My clients tell me I am insightful and intuitive, connecting
and laying an understanding of their personal challenges quickly,
while using a gentle and direct approach. As a direct result
of my coaching, my clients are able to form new relationships
and function at a higher level in existing relationships.
I
work with singles, uncommitted and committed couples to experience
many possibilities for playfulness and passion in their lives
and relationships. I love using my insight to help clients
see how their beliefs and patterns of operating often gets
in the way of living with greater fulfillment.
My
Mission
I
thrive on seeing individuals explore self, seeking ways to
build personal, career and relationship dreams. There is something
incredibly empowering when individuals and couples live within
from an empowered centered place of being taking more responsibility
for the connections they desire in their lives.
Professional
Experience
I
worked in Social Services for 10 years responding to children,
youth, and family dynamics and crisis. I led process groups
to support young adults develop greater understanding of themselves
while seeing their inherent talents. In the private sector
I worked in the legal field in Human Resources and managerial
positions. As I worked with individuals I realized my real
career calling was to facilitate individuals on creating lives
with deeper meaning.
During
the summer of 2002 I created “Happily Ever After”,
a series of lively classes for singles that empower them to
have fun as a single and make sense out the singles scene.
One of my clients said I had “savvy dating knowledge
and skills” and asked me to coach her. I began coaching
clients and my practice has continued to build through various
coaching training programs.

Personal
and Coaching Style
I
draw from the disciplines of dance, psychology, sociology,
philosophy and spirituality when I coach clients. As a former
dancer I recovered from chronic pain being told by the medical
profession that I would always have chronic pain. I healed
myself from the pain and today dance again. I have experienced
both healing and freedom on a deep level. Due to my experience
with pain and trauma I am sensitive to others’ energy,
often being able to help others feel where the energy is stuck
in their body. All work is done with the client’s permission!
I use my intuition with my clients to find new points of reference
to function more fully in their bodies, emotions and minds,
giving more meaning and depth to their life!
I
am a life long learner who is continually engaging in the
research and study of creativity, bodywork and relationships.
I use my heightened perception and intuition, as well as tools
learned through personal training with Elizabeth Kubler Ross’s
staff to help clients achieve greater possibility in their
lives. With clear direction, compassion, and non-judgmental
feedback, I guide clients to their answers. Integration of
body and mind is also achieved using exercises that open clients
to greater possibilities for personal and relationship fulfillment.
My clients experience transformation as they manage concerns
with more focus, passion, playfulness and the promise of being
themselves!
